We may contact you on occasion through email with regards to special promotions, sales or exciting new designs. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to providing you with a more personalized shopping experience.

Availability and Ordering

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped once payment is approved. These items will be shipped out in 24-72 hours. Please be advised that the address you provide is our verification for the appropriate destination of shipment.

Out of stock items and those on back order will be shipped directly to you once it is available. You will be notified via email in the event there is a back order item purchased.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards securely. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

We also accept personal checks, cashiers’ checks and money orders. Payments must be sent and received within 7 days of the order. Those who prefer to use personal checks will receive ordered items once the check clears. A money order will be processed the day it is received and the items sent immediately.

Shipping

All items will be shipped UPS and US Priority mail.

We understand there are instances where an item needs to be shipped to you faster for an event, gift, etc. In this case please email us your request and we will promptly use an overnight carrier to facilitate your needs. Keep in mind that maslodesign can only guarantee our processes.

Wholesale Orders

Please register under wholesale Orders for a wholesale account. Once verified you will receive an email confirmation with your new username and password as well as additional pertinent wholesale information.

Jewelry Care

Our wish is that you enjoy and care for your maslodesign pieces always. To ensure that your possessions retain their look of brilliance and remain keepsakes in the future, one must care for them as you would any piece of art.

Maslodesign pieces are well made with high quality workmanship. The best care for your items is to keep them separate from other jewelry in a box or cloth bag. Store your jewelry in a place to encourage little oxidation of the metals. Keep them away from bright light and overly humid areas of your home. It is best to protect your jewelry from all chemicals including hair products. Fine jewelry polishing cloths are recommended for cleaning when necessary.

Please keep in mind that maslodesign uses many vintage findings and gems. These treasures are touched by the hands of time and look gently worn and imperfect. Pieces made with such antiques are instantly given their character and charm through these small imperfections. We assure you that all pieces are inspected thoroughly before each piece of art is created and passed on to its new owner. Please feel free to contact us with questions about specific pieces prior to purchasing.

Friendly Reminder: Our jewelry is created for adult use. Please keep your accessories out of reach from babies and young children. The pieces, in whole or parts, can be swallowed and pose a choking hazard.

Repairs

It is our hope that you feel your best wearing maslodesign, therefore, each piece must look its best. In the event that a repair is necessary, please contact us via e-mail and we will gladly assist you.

Returns

All orders are final sales. If a piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receipt via email. We are more than happy to assist you with a repair or exchange. Your satisfaction is our mission.
